More Booked Chairs vs ProSites compares two different products: a website subscription that replaces your site, and conversion and local-search work added to the site you already have.
ProSites builds and hosts the site, bundles content and patient-communication tools, and the site stays its property while you subscribe.
More Booked Chairs builds no websites; it runs conversion rate optimization (CRO), local SEO and managed Meta ads on the site a practice already has, including a ProSites site.
This head to head is one of the ProSites alternatives comparisons, and every ProSites fact on it was read on ProSites' own site in October 2026.

ProSites: replace the website
- A new site built from its templates, hosted, with content and posting handled
- The site stays ProSites' property while you subscribe
More Booked Chairs: add on to the website
- No new site: the work runs on what you have, including a ProSites site
- The site, domain, ad account and everything built stay yours
What do More Booked Chairs and ProSites each offer?
Every ProSites plan includes a website from 100+ templates (semi-custom from Market Leader up), 150+ pages of pre-written dental content, premium Facebook posting and some level of SEO, per its pricing page.
Google Search Ads are included only in the top Market Owner plan or sold as an add-on.
Its pricing page also lists services from Local Services Ads and video marketing to patient communications (PracticeMojo), an AI receptionist, online booking, forms and bill pay, insurance verification, a phone system and review management.
Specialty pages cover orthodontic, endodontic, periodontic and oral surgery practices and DSOs, and the menu also lists veterinary, legal and financial work.
More Booked Chairs does three things, specified on its fact sheet.
- CRO: one controlled test a month on the page or form that loses the most new-patient bookings.
- Local SEO: procedure and city pages, Google Business Profile work and citation cleanup.
- Managed Meta ads: 8–12 new static image ads a month, landing pages built for them, one landing-page test a month.
Nothing else is sold: no Google Ads or Local Services Ads management, no website builds, no video ads, no social posting, no per-lead pricing.
One overlap: ProSites plans already bundle some SEO and Facebook posting, so running both vendors means watching which channel is paid for twice.
What does each cost?
More Booked Chairs publishes every price on its pricing page: $2,500 a month for CRO, the same for local SEO, $5,000 for both, and managed Meta ads at $3,000 a month plus a one-time $2,500 setup.
Ad spend is paid directly to Meta, with a $3,000 a month minimum, never marked up and never a percentage of the fee.
ProSites publishes no dollar amounts: four plans (Get Started, Competitive Edge, Market Leader, Market Owner) sit on its pricing page, and its FAQ says prices differ by the level of custom design and to call for a free quote.
Ask ProSites for the fee, setup cost and term in writing.
What contract and cancellation terms does each set?
ProSites: one month, auto-renewing
Its End User License Agreement sets an initial term of one month (or longer if agreed in writing or prepaid), says the agreement "automatically renews each month," and renews annual agreements automatically.
ProSites: leaving and fees
Cancelling takes written notice 30 days or more before the next billing date (or 30 days before an annual term ends), setup fees are non-refundable, and agreed prices apply only for the first year.
More Booked Chairs: short minimums
CRO and local SEO each run on a 6-month minimum, managed Meta ads on 3 months.
More Booked Chairs: leaving
After the minimum, everything runs month to month and cancels by email with 30 days' notice, no cancellation fee, final month's work and report delivered.
The one-month initial commitment is a real difference in ProSites' favor; the trade is non-refundable setup fees and a price locked for year one only.
Who owns the website, accounts and data?
ProSites' End User License Agreement states that the website "is the property of ProSites and the Customer has no rights to the website beyond the terms of its subscription."
Its FAQ says the fee covers annual domain renewal, hosting and unlimited support, and that switch-ins keep their existing domain; who holds the registration after cancellation is not stated.
Ad-account ownership on exit is not addressed in its terms either, so ask before signing.
With More Booked Chairs, the practice owns the website, domain, Google Business Profile and analytics, with the Meta ad account, pixel and audiences in its own Business Manager.
Landing pages, ads, test results and reports built during the engagement are the practice's to keep.
Neither publishes a Business Associate Agreement: no BAA wording appears on ProSites' site, and More Booked Chairs says practices that need one should ask before sharing patient data.
What results does each publish?
ProSites publishes the stronger proof in this niche, and its numbers are self-reported.
Its case studies page claims clients "achieved up to a 3900% return on their investment" from its SEO services and features one dentist averaging 30 new patients a month from his website.
More Booked Chairs has no dental client results to publish: it was founded in 2026 with no dental clients, and on published proof that gap favors ProSites.
What it publishes instead is its founder's record: Gabe Meierotto, Director of CRO at LaserAway from 2018 to 2023, took sitewide conversion from 3% to 11% across more than 2,600 tested variations.
Those are his numbers from a former in-house role, not dental results and not More Booked Chairs' results.
Neither guarantees outcomes: ProSites' terms promise only that services match their description and otherwise disclaim any guaranty, and More Booked Chairs does not promise or guarantee results.
Should you pick ProSites or More Booked Chairs?
Pick ProSites if:
- You want a new dental website built, hosted and maintained, with content written for you
- You want one vendor bundling booking, forms, an AI receptionist, a phone system and review management
- Google Search Ads or Local Services Ads management is on your list, since More Booked Chairs manages neither
- You are a specialty or multi-location practice and want pages built for ortho, endo, perio, oral surgery and DSOs
- You prefer a company founded in 2003 with published case studies over a one-person consultancy founded in 2026
Pick More Booked Chairs if:
- Your website is fine and the problem is that traffic does not book, map-pack rankings are thin, or ads need landing pages and tests
- You want to keep the site you have, including a ProSites site, and add conversion and local-search work to it
- You want published prices and terms you can read before any sales call
- You would rather own the ad account, pixel, audiences, landing pages and reports than subscribe to an asset you do not keep
- You want the person who runs the tests to be the person you talk to
- What is the total monthly fee, any setup fee, and does the price change after year one?
- What is the minimum term, the renewal rule, the notice period, and what does leaving cost?
- Who owns the website, domain, ad accounts and landing pages if we stop, and what can I export?
- Who does the work month to month, and what arrives in the monthly report?
- Will you sign a BAA before any tool touches patient data?

Frequently asked questions
Is ProSites a website company or a marketing agency?
It sells website subscriptions first: every plan includes a website from a library of 100+ templates with 150+ pages of pre-written dental content, plus social posting and some level of SEO. Marketing services beyond that, like Google Search Ads, arrive only in the top plan or as add-ons (checked October 2026).
Do you own your website with ProSites?
Per its End User License Agreement, the website is ProSites' property and the customer has no rights to it beyond the subscription. Its FAQ says the monthly fee covers hosting and annual domain renewal, but it does not state who holds the domain registration after cancellation.
How much does ProSites cost?
ProSites publishes no dollar amounts. Its pricing page shows four plans (Get Started, Competitive Edge, Market Leader, Market Owner), and its FAQ says prices differ by the level of custom design and to call for a free quote. More Booked Chairs publishes its rates: $2,500 a month for CRO or local SEO, $5,000 for both, and $3,000 a month plus a $2,500 setup for managed Meta ads.
Can More Booked Chairs work on a ProSites website?
Yes. More Booked Chairs builds no websites, so its CRO, local SEO and managed Meta ads run on whatever site a practice already has, including a ProSites site. One caution: ProSites plans already bundle some SEO and Facebook posting, so check for overlap before paying two vendors for the same channel.
What contract length does each company require?
ProSites' terms set an initial term of one month that renews automatically each month, with cancellation by written notice 30 days or more before the next billing date. More Booked Chairs runs CRO and local SEO on a 6-month minimum and Meta ads on 3 months, then month to month with 30 days' email notice and no cancellation fee.
Does either company guarantee results?
No. ProSites' terms promise only that services will match their description and otherwise state that the customer receives no warranty or guaranty. More Booked Chairs does not promise or guarantee results either.
