The best dental website companies for a US practice are separated less by portfolios than by two things most of them do not publish: what the website costs, and who owns it when you leave.
This page compares seven options by fit: More Booked Chairs, which sells conversion work instead of rebuilds, and six companies that build dental websites.
Ranked lists of dental website companies rarely open the contract, and this page starts there, serving the goal measured in the guide to dental website conversion: a site that books patients.
How this list was built
Every fact about a named company was checked on that company's own website on October 5, 2026: services, published prices, contract terms, ownership language and claimed results, with no links to the companies, no ratings or review scores, self-reported numbers labeled, and anything not on a company's site called "not published."
Position 1 is More Booked Chairs by its own hand, disclosed above, and positions 2 through 7 follow the kind of website a buyer is shopping for; the order is a fit map, not a quality ranking.
The best dental website companies at a glance
As of October 2026, checked on each company's own website.
| Company | Published pricing | Contract terms | Who owns the site |
|---|---|---|---|
| More Booked Chairs | $2,500/mo CRO or local SEO; $5,000/mo combined; ads $3,000/mo + $2,500 setup | 6-month minimum (3 for ads), then month to month | You keep your site; nothing built to own or rent |
| ProSites | Not published; four plans, quote by phone | Auto-renews; 30 days' written notice to cancel; setup fees non-refundable | ProSites', per its license agreement |
| Gargle | $595 or $1,145/mo website and SEO; $995 or $1,595/mo full-suite | 12-month minimum; early exit costs 75% or 50% of the remaining balance | Joint copyright on final payment; no admin or DNS access |
| WEO Marketly | Not published | 180-day minimum on monthly services; 30 days' written notice | You own it once fully paid |
| Studio 8E8 | Not published | 12-month minimum on marketing packages; ads 6 months | Yours once paid and obligations are met; a design credit stays |
| :Delmain | SEO $575–$1,500/mo; ads $650–$975/mo; custom website $6,500 | 6 months, then month-to-month on 30 days' notice | You own the work, per its own site |
| Golden Proportions | Not published | 12-month term; either side can end it on 30 days' notice | Yours once accepted as final and paid |
A note on Officite: its Dental menu item now routes to Henry Schein One, branded "Officite by Henry Schein One," and officite.com's own terms end their content and design licenses when the agreement ends.
The best dental website companies, ranked by fit
Each entry leads with the practice it fits, then the facts from the company's own site; the order runs from packaged template platforms through custom agency builds, the axis that decides which dental website builder fits.
1. More Booked Chairs
Best for: practices with traffic that does not book enough of it, which would rather fix the leak than fund a rebuild.
More Booked Chairs is a one-person consultancy for US dental practices, founded in 2026 and run by Gabe Meierotto, Director of CRO at LaserAway from 2018 to 2023, where sitewide conversion went from 3% to 11% across 2,600+ tested variations; those are his results from a former in-house role, not dental results, and the company has no dental clients yet.
It builds no websites: CRO is $2,500 a month, local SEO $2,500, the combined program $5,000, and managed Meta ads $3,000 a month plus a one-time $2,500 setup, all on the fact sheet and pricing page.
After the minimum, it runs month to month on 30 days' email notice with no cancellation fee, and the practice keeps its site, ad account and everything built.
2. ProSites
Best for: practices that want a template site with pre-written content and patient communication tools bundled, and are comfortable renting a website they do not own.
ProSites says it was founded in 2003 and has been trusted by over 7,500 dental and medical professionals (self-reported).
Every plan includes a website from 100+ templates, 150+ pages of pre-written dental content and some level of SEO, with Google Search Ads only in the top plan or as an add-on; no plan price is published and the FAQ says to call for a quote.
Ownership is the decisive line: the End User License Agreement reads, "The Customer's website (including all graphical content and related HTML coding provided by ProSites) is the property of ProSites and the Customer has no rights to the website beyond the terms of its subscription."
The agreement renews automatically and needs written notice 30 or more days before the next billing date to cancel, and first-year fees can change afterward on 30 days' notice.
Its FAQ covers domain renewal and hosting in the monthly fee but not who holds the registration after cancellation; practices weighing a move have the five options in ProSites alternatives.
3. Gargle
Best for: budget-focused general practices that want published prices, and accept a 12-month commitment with no administrator or DNS access.
Gargle, based in Lehi, Utah, says it works exclusively on dental (self-reported), and it publishes prices: website and SEO $595/mo or $1,145/mo, full-suite $995/mo or $1,595/mo, and ads management at 25% of ad spend.
Its terms set a 12-month minimum, auto-renew yearly unless either side gives 30 days' written notice before expiration, and charge 75% of the remaining balance to exit in the first six months or 50% in the last six.
Copyright to completed work, including website code and layout, is "vested jointly with you and the Company upon final payment," clients can hold at most Contributor or Editor roles, and administrator, database, DNS and FTP access are not provided.
A BAA is linked in its terms, ad spend goes directly to Google or Meta, and its terms provide no guarantee of search engine ranking.
Its case studies are self-reported; Gargle alternatives and ProSites vs Gargle carry the comparison from here.
4. WEO Marketly
Best for: practices and small groups, including orthodontists, that want a custom website they own after paying it off, plus ROI tracking, on a 180-day marketing commitment.
WEO Media now operates as WEO Marketly, the merger of Marketly Digital (formerly Roadside Dental Marketing) and WEO Media, under the new name since May 2026.
Websites come in Quick-Start, Lux and Custom packages alongside SEO, PPC and ROI tracking tied to practice management software; prices are not published, and its PPC FAQ says most practices need at least $1,500 a month in ad spend.
Monthly services carry a 180-day minimum, cancellation takes written notice 30 days out with no prorated refunds, and ownership reads plainly: "Once you complete the full payment for your website, you own it. This includes the files, content, images, etc."
It says the combined companies have served 4,657 dental practices, with clients staying 7.4 years on average (self-reported).
5. Studio 8E8
Best for: orthodontic, pediatric, startup and group practices whose first priority is a distinctive brand, website, photography and video, on a 12-month package.
Studio 8E8, in New Albany, Ohio, calls itself "Dentistry's Story-Driven Marketing Agency" and sells branding, websites, photography, video, SEO, digital ads and social media.
Prices are not published; the only figure in its terms is a $500 monthly support rate for project delays.
Marketing packages require a 12-month minimum, and cancelling the project before 12 months means paying the remaining balance; advanced SEO requires the same 12 months and digital ads 6, each with 30 days' notice.
Works become the client's property once payment and obligations are complete, website prices are reduced against the 12-month commitment with early exit meaning the full website price, and the studio keeps moral rights and a design credit.
Its FAQ calls all websites inherently HIPAA compliant when they do not ask for health information, the agency's own view rather than HIPAA guidance's, and no BAA is offered.
6. :Delmain
Best for: single-location, multi-location and emerging DSO practices that want published prices, a 6-month-then-monthly contract, ownership of their work, and one budget across Google, Microsoft and Meta ads.
:Delmain, started by Dan Delmain in 2009 and saying it has overseen marketing for more than 500 US dental practices (self-reported), publishes the most granular prices here: SEO at $575, $1,100 or $1,500 a month, ads management at $650 to $975 a month, and a custom website at $6,500.
The $575 SEO tier is available only after completing an initial 6-month commitment to one of the two higher tiers, and once ad spend goes above $9,750 a month the retainer becomes 10% of the spend.
After six months the retainer moves to month-to-month on 30 days' notice, and its homepage states "You own all our work (buy, don't rent!)" and "No setup fees or annual contracts," while its pricing page says that for new partners who do not sign up for a new website, a setup fee will be assessed, with no amount published; both statements stand on its own pages.
7. Golden Proportions Marketing
Best for: established practices, specialists, groups and DSOs that want a long-running dental-only agency covering strategy, branding, websites and traditional media.
Golden Proportions states "Dental marketing is what we do. And it's ALL we do," and says it has two decades in business and over 2,000 dental clients (self-reported).
Its services span marketing plans, branding, websites, SEO, PPC, social and reputation, TV and radio ads, and a call-tracking product called Smart Market Dental that connects calls to patient records for ROI tracking.
Prices are not published; its legal page sets revision fees of $250 per additional round for non-web work and $500 for website copy or design revisions.
The agreement runs a 12-month term that either party can terminate for any reason with 30 days' written notice, and work product becomes the client's property provided it is accepted as final within two months and all fees are paid.

Questions to ask a dental website company before you sign
- Who owns the website files, code and design if we cancel, and which document says so?
- Do we get administrator, DNS, hosting and domain access, or only a login?
- What is the minimum term, the renewal rule, and the exact cost of leaving in month six?
- Whose name is the domain registration in, and what does moving it cost?
Ask for each answer in writing; for craft questions, what a dental site needs to convert is covered in dental website design.
The option none of the builders sell: keep the site, fix the conversion
A rebuild and a conversion program are different purchases, and the More Booked Chairs offer is the second: one controlled test a month on the booking flow, forms, offers and service pages of the site you already have, $2,500 a month, or $5,000 paired with local SEO.
Website builds are not sold here and no results are guaranteed, so if the site itself is the problem, one of the six builders above is the better hire.
For the broader field, the best dental marketing companies list compares full-service agencies, and the way in here is a free audit: a prioritized findings doc within 3 business days, no call required.
Frequently asked questions
Which of these dental website companies let you own the site?
On their own terms, WEO Marketly says you own the website once you complete full payment, :Delmain states you own all its work, and Studio 8E8 and Golden Proportions transfer ownership once payment and acceptance conditions are met. Gargle vests copyright jointly with the client on final payment and provides no administrator, database, DNS or FTP access, and ProSites' license agreement states the website is ProSites' property. More Booked Chairs builds no websites, so a practice keeps the site it already has.
How much do dental website companies charge per month?
Among the builders on this page, only Gargle and :Delmain publish prices: Gargle lists website and SEO at $595 or $1,145 a month, and :Delmain lists a $6,500 custom website with SEO tiers from $575 a month (checked October 2026). ProSites, WEO Marketly, Studio 8E8 and Golden Proportions publish no prices and quote after a call. More Booked Chairs sells no websites: its programs run $2,500 to $5,000 a month on the site a practice already has.
Why is More Booked Chairs on a list of dental website companies?
Because the list is ranked by fit, and one honest fit is deciding not to rebuild at all. More Booked Chairs wrote this page, builds no websites, and sells conversion testing, local SEO and managed Meta ads on the site a practice already has. If the website itself is the problem rather than what it turns into bookings, one of the six builders above is the better fit.
What happens to my website if I cancel one of these companies?
Each company answers it in its own terms: ProSites' license keeps the site as ProSites' property, and Gargle vests copyright jointly on final payment while clients hold at most editor-level access. WEO Marketly says clients retain all ownership rights to a paid-off website, Studio 8E8 transfers works once payment and obligations are complete, :Delmain states you own the work, and Golden Proportions transfers work product once it is accepted as final and paid. Get the exit clause in writing before signing anything.
Do any dental website companies guarantee search rankings?
None checked here does: Gargle's terms state the company provides no representation, warranty or guarantee with respect to search engine ranking, and no ranking guarantee was found on the pages checked for WEO Marketly, Studio 8E8, :Delmain or Golden Proportions. ProSites' terms promise only that services will match their description and be free of defects when completed. More Booked Chairs does not promise or guarantee results either.
