Gargle alternatives for dental practices come down to five, compared with Gargle below.
Every fact was read on each company's own website on October 5, 2026; the wider field sits in best dental marketing companies.
Why practices look for alternatives to Gargle

It also resells partner products, including NexHealth at $280 to $550 a month, Yext listings and direct mail.

Companies like Gargle: the five options
Each entry leads with our read of who it fits, based on its own published terms, then facts from its site.
ProSites
Best for: practices that want a low-effort, template-based dental website with pre-written content and patient-communication tools, and are fine renting a website they do not own.
- Founded in 2003 and based in Murrieta, California, it says over 7,500 dental and medical professionals have used it (self-reported).
- Every plan bundles a website from 100+ templates, 150+ pages of pre-written dental content, Facebook posting and some SEO; Google Search Ads come only with Market Owner or as an add-on.
- Four named plans carry no dollar amounts; the FAQ says to call for a free quote.
- Terms: a one-month initial term renewing monthly, 30 days' written notice to cancel, and agreed prices held only for the first year.
- Ownership: its EULA states the website "is the property of ProSites"; the FAQ says switchers keep their domain but not who holds it afterwards.
WEO Media (now WEO Marketly)
Best for: practices and small groups, including orthodontists, that want a custom site they own after paying it off, plus revenue-level ROI tracking, on a 180-day commitment.
- weomedia.com now redirects to weomarketly.com: Marketly Digital (formerly Roadside Dental Marketing) and WEO Media merged into WEO Marketly in May 2026.
- Services span custom websites (Quick-Start, Lux, Custom), SEO, AI SEO/AEO, PPC, social and ROI tracking tied to practice management software.
- Pricing is not published; its PPC FAQ says most practices need at least $1,500 a month in ad spend.
- Terms: a minimum 180-day commitment (updated 08/01/25), 30 days' written notice, service through the end of the following month, no prorated refunds.
- Ownership: "Once you complete the full payment for your website, you own it," and clients can request admin access.
- It reports 4,657 practices served (self-reported).
:Delmain
Best for: single-location, multi-location and emerging DSO practices that want published prices, a 6-month-then-monthly contract, ownership, and Google, Microsoft and Meta ads under one budget.
- Dan Delmain started it in 2009; it says it has overseen marketing for more than 500 US dental practices (self-reported), and its process "spans SEO, AI, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads."
- SEO tiers run $575, $1,100 and $1,500 a month; the $575 tier requires a prior 6-month commitment to a higher tier, and each extra location is $200 a month.
- Ad management is $650, $775 or $975 a month by spend, one budget across the three platforms, becoming 10% of spend above $9,750 a month.
- Terms: month to month after six months on 30 days' notice; adding a service starts a new 6-month commitment.
- Its homepage says "You own all our work (buy, don't rent!)" and "No setup fees or annual contracts," yet its pricing page tells partners without a new website that "a setup fee will be assessed"; ask which applies.
- No BAA found; its site calls its website package "ePHI-Secure (HIPAA-Aligned)" and PatientPulse "HIPAA-Compliant," product descriptions rather than a signed agreement.
Studio 8E8
Best for: orthodontic, pediatric, startup and group practices whose priority is a distinctive brand, website, photo and video, on a 12-month commitment.
- Based in New Albany, Ohio, it calls itself "Dentistry's Story-Driven Marketing Agency," selling branding, websites, photo, video, SEO, ads and social media.
- Pricing is not published; the only dollar figure in its terms is a $500-a-month support package during project delays.
- Terms: marketing packages run 12 months and leaving early means the remaining balance; SEO needs 12 months, ads 6; leaving the discounted 12-month website deal means paying the site in full.
- Ownership: works become the client's once payment and obligations are complete.
- No BAA; its FAQ calls websites inherently HIPAA compliant if they don't collect health information (its stated view).
More Booked Chairs
Best for: practices that already get traffic and want more of it booking, at published prices, with one person doing the work.
- A one-person consultancy founded in 2026, US dental only, selling three things: CRO, local SEO and managed Meta ads, all on the fact sheet.
- CRO is $2,500 a month, local SEO $2,500, both together $5,000 (6-month minimums); Meta ads are $3,000 flat plus a $2,500 setup (3-month minimum), with ad spend paid directly to Meta, never marked up and never a percentage.
- It keeps your current website: no build or rebuild is offered.
- After the minimum, month to month: cancel by email with 30 days' notice and no fee, and the practice keeps its ad account, website, domain, Google Business Profile and analytics, plus every page, ad, test and report.
- No Google Ads or Local Services Ads, no social posting, no leads sold, no guarantees, and no BAA published, so ask before sharing patient data.
- No dental client results yet; the proof shown is founder Gabe Meierotto's LaserAway record, 2018–2023: sitewide conversion 3% → 11% and 210x ROI on the testing program, his results in that role, not dental ones.
A fit for More Booked Chairs
- You already get traffic and want more of it to book
- You want to rank in the map pack for your procedures
- You want Meta ads with landing pages built for you
- You want published prices and one senior person
Not a fit, pick from the options above
- You need a new website built
- You want Google Ads or Local Services Ads managed
- You want one large team covering every channel
- You want per-lead pricing or guaranteed results
Gargle competitors on price and exit terms
Published pricing against ease of exit
- Gargle
- ProSites
- WEO Marketly
- :Delmain
- Studio 8E8
- More Booked Chairs
Only three of the six publish monthly prices, and fees split again: Gargle's ads run at 25% of spend, :Delmain's retainer becomes 10% of spend above $9,750 a month, and the rest publish flat fees or nothing.
Where Gargle is still the right fit
To be fair: Gargle publishes a complete price list, covers site, SEO, social, reviews and ads under one roof, links a BAA in its terms, and has ad spend paid directly to the platforms.
Based on its published terms, it fits budget-focused general practices that want one vendor with published a la carte prices and partner discounts, and accept a 12-month commitment with no admin or DNS access.
A note on Gargle dental reviews
This page carries no star ratings and no third-party review quotes, because its only sources are the companies' own websites.
Everything labeled self-reported is that company's own marketing, so ask for numbers you can verify before signing.
How to choose between Gargle alternatives
Five questions separate a fit from a mistake.
- What is the total monthly price, and what happens to it at renewal?
- What are the minimum term, notice period, and exact cost of leaving early?
- Who holds admin, DNS and FTP access to my site if we stop?
- Do I own the ad accounts, landing pages and reports if the engagement ends?
- Does the fee grow with my ad spend, and is spend marked up anywhere?
Match the answers to your bottleneck: website-first shoppers should compare the best dental website companies, map-pack-first shoppers the best dental SEO companies, with head-to-head pages at More Booked Chairs vs Gargle and ProSites vs Gargle.

Frequently asked questions
What are the best Gargle alternatives for dental practices?
It depends on the gap: ProSites for a template site with patient-communication tools bundled, WEO Marketly for a custom site you own after paying it off, :Delmain for published prices and Google, Microsoft and Meta ads under one budget, Studio 8E8 for brand, photo and video, and More Booked Chairs for conversion, local SEO and Meta ads on the website you already have. Each company is dental-focused and was checked on its own site in October 2026.
How much does Gargle cost per month?
Per Gargle's own pricing page (checked October 2026): membership is $59 a month, website and SEO run $595 or $1,145 a month, the Full-Suite is $995 or $1,595 a month, and ad agency management is 25% of ad spend, with the ad spend paid by you directly to Google or Meta.
Does Gargle require a long contract?
Its terms set a 12-month minimum, renew automatically each year unless either party gives written notice 30 days in advance of expiration, and charge 75% of the remaining balance to exit during the first six months, or 50% during the last six.
Do Gargle alternatives let you own your website?
It varies, and the answer lives in each company's terms: WEO Marketly says you own the site once fully paid, :Delmain says you own all its work, Studio 8E8 transfers works once payment and obligations are complete, ProSites' EULA says the website is ProSites' property, and Gargle's terms vest copyright jointly on final payment. More Booked Chairs builds no websites, so you keep the one you have.
Which Gargle alternative is cheapest?
Most don't publish a price, so the question can't be answered from their sites: Gargle's Full-Suite is $995 to $1,595 a month, :Delmain publishes SEO tiers from $1,100 a month ($575 only after six months on a higher tier), and ProSites, WEO Marketly and Studio 8E8 publish no dollar amounts. More Booked Chairs publishes $2,500 a month, but it sells conversion and local SEO work rather than a website, so it isn't a like-for-like swap.
What results does Gargle claim?
Gargle's own site publishes self-reported results: a case study of Acre Wood Dental growing from 35 to 350 new patients a month, and a social ads client with 56% more new patient leads at a $6.33 cost per lead. This page quotes no third-party reviews for any company on it.
