More Booked Chairs vs Gargle compares two dental-only vendors that publish their prices, and they solve different problems.

Gargle, of Lehi, Utah, says it focuses exclusively on dental practices and sells its services from one published price list (checked October 2026).

More Booked Chairs builds no websites: it runs conversion rate optimization (CRO), local SEO and managed Meta ads on the site a practice already has.

This head to head sits under the Gargle alternatives comparison.

Gargle: a suite around a new site

  • A new website with SEO, social posting, reviews and ads, from one published menu
  • Copyright vests jointly on final payment; clients get no admin or DNS access

More Booked Chairs: work on the site you have

  • No new site: CRO, local SEO and Meta ads run on what you already own
  • The site, domain, ad account and everything built stay the practice's

What do More Booked Chairs and Gargle each offer?

Gargle sells a la carte from one menu, per its pricing page: a Membership plan, Website and SEO suites in two tiers, a Full-Suite that bundles them, social posting, a review product, and Ad Agency management.

The menu also resells partner products: NexHealth, Dental HQ in-house plans, Yext listings, Stax merchant services, call center recall and insurance verification, and direct mail.

More Booked Chairs does three things, specified on its fact sheet.

  • CRO: one controlled test a month on the page or form that loses the most new-patient bookings.
  • Local SEO: procedure and city pages, Google Business Profile work and citation cleanup.
  • Managed Meta ads: 8–12 new static image ads a month, landing pages built for them, one landing-page test a month.

Nothing else is sold: no Google Ads or Local Services Ads management, no website builds, no video ads, no social posting, and no per-lead pricing.

On ads, Gargle's client pays spend directly to Google or Meta, while More Booked Chairs manages Meta ads and no other platform.

What does each cost?

Both publish prices (checked October 2026).

More Booked Chairs publishes flat rates on its pricing page: $2,500 a month for CRO or local SEO, $5,000 for both, and $3,000 a month plus a one-time $2,500 setup for managed Meta ads.

Ad spend is paid directly to Meta, with a $3,000 a month minimum, never marked up and never a percentage of the fee.

Gargle's published list (its pricing page, October 2026):

  • Membership: $59 a month.
  • Website and SEO: $595 (Nurture) or $1,145 (High-Grow) a month.
  • Full-Suite: $995 (Nurture) or $1,595 (High-Grow) a month.
  • Also listed: Gargle Boost $199 (High-Grow only), social posting $245 or $445, Review Accelerator $145.
  • Ad Agency management: 25% of ad spend, spend paid by the practice directly to Google or Meta.

Add-ons carry their own prices: aligner campaigns at a $795 one-time onboarding fee plus 25% of ad spend, a $1,500 brand package, a $399 logo, extra video ads at $199 each, design at $99 per hour, and large website migration at $249 per 10 pages over 25.

Partner products are priced there too, including NexHealth at $280 to $550 a month.

One payment mechanic: per Gargle's terms, 70% of the annual fee is an up-front "Platform Setup and Website Launch Package" and all fees are nonrefundable.

What contract and cancellation terms does each set?

Gargle's terms set a "minimum contract term of twelve (12) months," say monthly invoices "do not constitute month-to-month service agreements," and put an early exit at 75% of the remaining balance in the first six months, 50% in the last six.

The agreement renews yearly unless terminated in writing 30 days before expiration, and Gargle itself can terminate on 30 days' written notice.

More Booked Chairs runs a 6-month minimum for CRO and local SEO and 3 months for ads, then month to month, cancelled by email with 30 days' notice, no cancellation fee, final month's work and report delivered.

Neither company promises outcomes: Gargle's terms state it provides no representation, warranty or guarantee with respect to search engine ranking, and More Booked Chairs doesn't promise or guarantee results.

Who owns the accounts and data?

Gargle's terms vest copyright to completed work, including "website code and layout," "jointly with you and the Company upon final payment for the Services," unless the Membership Agreement says otherwise.

The same terms cap client access at Contributor or Editor roles on the WordPress site and state that administrator, database, DNS and FTP access are not provided.

On domains, Gargle can register one for the client (charges above US$29 billed extra) or take over an existing domain.

Its terms also cover HIPAA: Gargle says it complies with HIPAA/HITECH business associate obligations and links a BAA to be signed at the start of services.

With More Booked Chairs, the practice owns the website, domain, Google Business Profile and analytics, with the Meta ad account, pixel and audiences in its own Business Manager.

Landing pages, ads, test results and reports built during the engagement are the practice's to keep.

It doesn't publish a BAA, so a practice that needs one should ask before sharing patient data.

What results does each publish?

Gargle publishes the client proof in this niche, and its numbers are self-reported: its homepage case study says Acre Wood Dental grew from 35 to 350 new patients per month, and its social ads page cites a client with 56% more new patient leads at a $6.33 cost per lead.

More Booked Chairs has no dental client results to publish: it was founded in 2026, and on published proof that gap favors Gargle.

What it publishes instead is its founder's record: Gabe Meierotto, Director of CRO at LaserAway from 2018 to 2023, took sitewide conversion from 3% to 11% across more than 2,600 tested variations.

Those are his numbers from that in-house role, not dental results and not More Booked Chairs' results.

Should you pick Gargle or More Booked Chairs?

Pick Gargle if:

  • You want a new dental website built, hosted and bundled with SEO
  • You want one vendor's published menu to cover social posting, reviews and partner discounts
  • You want Google and Meta ads managed by the same vendor
  • A budget in Gargle's published range fits better than More Booked Chairs' $2,500 to $5,000 monthly fees
  • You accept a 12-month minimum, exit fees, yearly auto-renewal, joint copyright and no admin or DNS access

Pick More Booked Chairs if:

  • Your website is fine, and the problem is traffic that doesn't book, thin map-pack rankings, or ads without landing pages and tests
  • You want flat published fees, with ad spend paid to Meta and never a percentage of spend
  • You want to own the ad account, pixel, audiences, landing pages, test results and reports outright
  • You want a shorter minimum and no exit fees: 6 months, or 3 for ads, then month to month
  • You want the person who runs the tests to be the person you talk to
  • What is the minimum term, when does it renew, and what does leaving early cost in dollars?
  • Who holds admin, DNS and hosting access to my site, and what role do I get?
  • Who owns the copyright, the ad accounts and the data if we stop?
  • Is any fee a percentage of ad spend, and is spend marked up anywhere?
  • Will you sign a BAA before any tool touches patient data?

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between More Booked Chairs and Gargle?

Gargle sells a membership, website-and-SEO suites, social posting, a review product and ad management from one published price list, and its terms build the engagement on a 12-month minimum. More Booked Chairs is a one-person consultancy that builds no websites: it runs CRO, local SEO and managed Meta ads on the site a practice already has, on 6-month minimums (3 for ads) that go month to month.

Is More Booked Chairs cheaper than Gargle?

Not on a like-for-like basis, because the lists buy different things (both checked October 2026). Gargle's Website and SEO tiers run $595 to $1,145 a month and its Full-Suite $995 to $1,595, and those include a website; More Booked Chairs' local SEO is $2,500 a month and CRO plus local SEO is $5,000, and it builds no website.

Which company locks you in longer, Gargle or More Booked Chairs?

Gargle. Its terms set a 12-month minimum, renew automatically each year unless either party gives written notice 30 days before expiration, and charge 75% of the remaining balance to exit during the first six months, or 50% in the last six. More Booked Chairs runs 6-month minimums (3 months for ads), then month to month, cancelled by email with 30 days' notice and no cancellation fee.

Do you own your website code with Gargle?

Not on your own, per its terms: copyright to completed work, including website code and layout, is vested jointly with you and Gargle upon final payment, unless your Membership Agreement says otherwise. The same terms cap client access at Contributor or Editor roles and state that administrator, database, DNS and FTP access are not provided.

Can More Booked Chairs manage Google Ads like Gargle?

No. More Booked Chairs manages Meta ads only and doesn't manage Google Ads or Local Services Ads. Gargle's price list includes Ad Agency management at 25% of ad spend, and its terms state that the client pays ad spend directly to Google or Meta.

What results does each company publish?

Gargle publishes self-reported client results: a case study of Acre Wood Dental growing from 35 to 350 new patients per month, and a social ads client with 56% more new patient leads at a $6.33 cost per lead. More Booked Chairs, founded in 2026, has no dental client results yet, so it publishes its founder's LaserAway record instead, labeled as his results from that earlier in-house role.
